Manual Entry
- New Manual Entry section — You can now record expenses, income, and cash income directly from a dedicated page, without needing to upload a bank file
- Quick entry mode — Lock fields to keep the same value while entering multiple transactions in a row, saving you time
- Bulk classify and delete — Select multiple transactions at once and classify or delete them with a single click
- Search by tab — Search transactions by description, provider, amount, date, or category within each tab
- Expense and income summary — Summary cards showing your totals by month or for the full year
- Depreciations — Record depreciations directly from the expenses tab
Summary V2
- New Summary page — A new summary view accessible from the Entries menu, with business, bank, and year filters
- Quick links — Quickly jump to specific periods from the summary page
- Shareable links — You can share or bookmark a specific summary and it will open with the filters already selected
Entry Workflow Improvements
- New step: Manual Expenses — A new step was added to record expenses not on your bank statement (cash purchases, missing transactions, etc.)
- Add transactions from the workflow — You can now add expenses and income directly in the Expenses and Income steps without leaving the workflow
- Move transactions between expenses and income — If a transaction ended up in the wrong section, you can move it with one click
- Delete transactions — Remove transactions that don’t belong directly from the workflow
- Cash Receipts — New section to record and classify cash payment receipts
- Clearer reconciliation summary — Income and expense totals now display with clear formulas so you can understand how each number is calculated
- Improved Summary report — Cash Expenses, Expenses From Account, and Total Expenses rows were added to the summary report
- Guided tour — When uploading a CSV file for the first time, an interactive tour walks you through the process step by step
- Better credit card handling — The system automatically detects when you select a credit card bank and adjusts processing accordingly
- “Download” button — Report buttons now say “Download” instead of “Print” for clarity

- Submit tickets from the app — You can now submit support tickets directly without leaving your account
- Issue categories — Choose a category for your issue (app bug or billing)
- File attachments — Attach images, PDFs, or documents to better explain your case

- One-click classify — More users can now classify their bank expenses automatically with a single click
Income summary fix
- Fixed income summary calculations to display correct totals
- Revert support — You can now easily revert items classified as adjustments or interest earned back to “income”
- January balance is now preserved correctly when recalculating the summary
Income reports fix
- Renamed and reorganized income summary cards for better clarity
- New card — Added “Previously Recorded Adjustments” for improved visibility
- Net Income formula now correctly reflects totals after deducting adjustments and interest
